Great customer service experience

While on a quick trip in Atlanta Purchased a small bottle from a sales representative.. I was very impressed with the smell and had to grab another!!!! Placed the order on their website. However I noticed that I didn’t receive any shipping information after having ordered a few days earlier. I reached out to them and received a responding email in a very timely manner I was very impressed. They were able to reassure me of my concerns, gave me the tracking information, and when I received my package I had a few extra goodie’s that I didn’t even order… Thanks again my people!!!!!!

    Due to health reasons, All products that have been tampered ,opened, or used we do NOT offer refunds , returns , or exchanges.

    Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our returns policy.

    Returns should be carefully packed by the customer to avoid transit damage, incase we recieve a damaged product in return , no refund will be given .

    Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages refused. any shipping costs incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. the only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.

    Each customer will be liable for shipping cost when returning products.

    Returns are to be made within 3 days of delivery.
